Who manages the apartments?
ARK Property Stays manages every apartment on this site directly. There is no agency in between: the people who prepare the flats are the people who answer your email.
What kind of accommodation is it?
Fully furnished, self-contained one and two-bedroom flats — not hotel rooms and not shared space. Each has its own kitchen, bathroom and living area, and sleeps between three and five guests. Entry is self check-in with a keyless code.
Which parts of London?
Four apartments: Clapham in south London, Wimbledon in the south-west, Maida Vale in the north-west, and one by the river near Cannon Street in the City.
What does “professionally managed” mean here?
Each flat is cleaned and checked between guests, linen and towels are provided, and maintenance is handled by us rather than passed to a letting agent. Prices on this site are the direct rate.
